What we collect

The information you provide when you request or receive service: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the equipment and work you need. We keep records of the appointments, work orders, estimates, and invoices for the service we provide you.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule and perform your repair, communicate with you about it — by your chosen method (phone, text, or email) — and bill you. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Text messaging

No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messages are sent only to communicate with you about your own service, and only if you ask to be contacted by text. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our business — including Square (payments and customer records) and the GrezzIt service platform — which process your information only to provide these functions on our behalf, not for their own marketing.
